Shipping Information

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all parcels within 2 working days. Delivery timescales from our logistics partner are quoted as 2-3 working days. Therefore we would expect all items to be delivered within 5 working days.


Do you offer local collection?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer this service.


Can I track my parcel?

You will receive a tracking number to your email or through SMS based on the information you provided when placing your order. If you do not receive this you can request it by emailing


Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Our logistics partners do not need a signature, however if you are not home the courier should leave a card for you to arrange collection from a local depot or rearrange delivery.


Which couriers do you use?

For deliveries within the UK we use a selection of logistics partners including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and DPD.


Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes! For our customers in the DN4, DN10 and DN11 postcode areas we are happy to offer free delivery. Ensure your delivery address contains one of these postcodes and simply select Local Delivery at checkout.


Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer this service.


What are my delivery options?

View our delivery page for the latest delivery pricing. Shipping will automatically be calculated for you at checkout.


Can I have my parcel shipped to a different delivery address?

Yes, you can add multiple addresses to your account address book, or just add a different delivery address at checkout.



What is your returns policy?

Items purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. The item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Please note we do not offer exchanges and once an order has been placed you cannot amend it - the order must be returned and reordered. For damaged items please email  


How do I send a return back to you?

Please email us at to arrange your return and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


How long will it take to process a refund?

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receipt of your item(s). You will be notified when the refund has been processed and we will credit you using the original method of payment you used to order the item(s). Please note payments can take up to a further 10 days to show on your card.


Can I change my order?

We are unable to change your order once it has been processed by the warehouse, however, please email and we will aim to help where possible.


What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at to resolve any issues. We may ask for you to provide evidence on damages / incorrect items to agree a refund or replacement.



Can I cancel or amend my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped we cannot amend it. We can only cancel an order if it has not been processed. Please contact for assistance with any order and we will do our best to help.


Can I order by telephone?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer this service.


How can I pay?

Payments can be made in various ways. Our most popular method is through PayPal or by credit or debit card.


Do you offer finance?

We work with Klarna to provide various finance options on our products. Select Klarna at checkout to view their terms and conditions.


Where can I add a gift voucher or promotional code?

Unfortunately no, we currently do not offer this service, but are looking to implement in the near future.
